Payment

At PAPAPAPA you can pay with the following:

  • VISA Dankort
  • Mastrocard
  • Mastercard
  • Paypal
  • Mobilepay
  • VIABILL

We do not charge card fees

The amount will only be withdraw on your creditcard when the item is shipped. With the exception of special orders. (Canvas and Acoustic products are special orders since they are first put into production when you order them. Also we are required to prepare a updatede printfile for our manufacturer. As our manufacturer requires payment upfront, we withdraw the amount when we have received confirmation that our manufacturer has received your order).

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms on PayPal's website. If you pay with VIABILL, you are subject to their payment terms.

When you click "place order", the amount will be reserved on your credit card. We do this because all posters, canvas and acoustics, are only put into production when the "approve payment" is clicked, we have no stock and your order is therefore put into production the moment you approve the order.

Delivery

Price on deliveries are calculated in checkout. Delivery to Denmark is 2 - 4 workdays. And delivery to any other country within Europa is 6 - 18 workdays. Delivery is made with GLS. In both cases delivery is always insured, and you will get a track n' trace number. In some cases we are very busy, and therefor behind schedule, wich could result in delivery being delayed 6 - 12 days further. We cannot be hold responsible if a package is not delivered in time.

For packages not picked up, we credit the amount of 10 EUR - covering our expenses packaging the order and shipping it.

We cannot be hold responsible if a product is out of stock or held accountable to a price error that may occure. There is a chance some of your items are not in stock, and will be send seperatly, as a backorder. This could be due to a delayed delivery, if so we will send you a e-mail within 1 - 3 workdays. Contact us if you wish to cancel your backorder or if you have any questions about delivery.

Returns

When you tell us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel all or part of your purchase.

You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. For this purpose we recommend you visit this page: Return Portal.

Some items cannot be returned by regular post. This applies to: "Posters". Since they are fragile by nature, these must always be sent as a package with "track n trace", with insurance.

No right to Return

If you buy Canvas and Acoustic designs , you renounce your right to return these artworks.

  • This is because Canvas and Acoustic designs are considered special orders. When ordering Canvas and Acoustics, you forfeit your 14 day return policy.
  • Custom designs.
  • Delivery of digital content, e.g. the right to use a digital copy of a poster, if you have previously accepted that the execution is initiated and that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can recover depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover a fraction of the items cost.

We recommend that you carefully wrap the posters out of the tube. To determine if the posters were damaged during packing or during shipping. Upon return, the posters are gently rolled up and returned in original packaging (Pipes). If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a loss of value of the item.

Money Back

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, no additional delivery costs will be returned if you have chosen a different form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) within 14 days of the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us documentation you have returned it (such as "track n trace").

Right of withdrawal in business purchases

There is no right of withdrawal from business purchases.

Poster quality

All our posters are printed on 170/195g glossy/satin paper. We produce posters in 4 sizes: "21x30, 30x40, 50x70 and 60x85cm". Variation in sizes can occur, and we accept up to 6mm in margin as acceptabelt.

Durability and maintenance

Our posters are meant to be hung on walls in frames at room temperature and NOT outside or in direct sunlight. Sunlight harms the print and the posters risk loosing their colours and details. Guarantee do not cover posters that have been exposed to direct sunligt, water, heat or cold. We reccoment hanging the posters using frames with glass for best protection. Posters that are not tightly mounted in the frame tend to "collapse" or wave over time. When a poster waves in the frame, it's because the poster is only 1-2 mm thick, but in a frame there is room for more, which gives the poster room to "collapse". Therefore, we always recommend professionally mounted posters in frames. This can, for example, be done at the local printing center where they insert a foam plate behind the poster within the frame, ensuring that the poster is tightly seated in the frame, thus preventing it from collapsing.

Complaints

We guarantee that the products you have ordered with us are without errors at delivery. Should you recive a defect product, contact customer service as fast as possible. Shopping with PAPAPAPA gives you 24 months of complaints in compliance with EU law.

The Law deficiency rules may apply.

To complain about your purchace, please contact kundeservice@papapapa.dk If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints and Solutions, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, by www.forbrug.dk . You can also apply the EU Commission's online complaint portal, which will, however, mainly be relevant if you are a consumer with a business outside Denmark. Order Verification and Risk Transition

When we have received your order, you will recive an email confirmation. If you would like to cancel or change anything in your order, please contact our customer service department. As quickly as possible.

You will be the owner of the items you have ordered, when they have been delivered to you and we have received full payment for the goods. When the goods have been delivered to you, you are responsible for their condition.

If the product is damaged or lost during shipping to the customer, PAPAPAPA.dk is responsible for payment. If this has happened, the customer is obliged to inform our customer service within a reasonable time (max 2 months).If the product is damaged or lost during a return shipment to PAPAPAPA.dk, the customer is responsible for payment.

Security when buying and paying

The amount will be withdrawn when the item is shipped. PAPAPAPA.dk reserves the right to withdraw a purchase if fraud is suspected. Our internal security system warns us if an order is suspected of fraud.

Payment Card

If the security system issues a warning, we choose not to deliver the current order. Sometimes it means that an order is stopped even if it is not fraud. We hope that you as a customer can understand this because it concerns your security. All suspected fraudsters are reported to police.

In order to access your own account at PAPAPAPA.dk, a personal password is required. You are responsible for storing your password, so it's only you who have access to it. If you share computer with others, you should always log out to protect your information from other users of the computer.

Sales and Promotions

The prices of retail items apply as long as stock is available. Other offers apply as long as stock is available if no end date is stated for the offer. Percentage discounts do not apply to sales items.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

You must be 18 years old to shop at PAPAPAPA.dk. If you are under 18, you must consent to your parents.

These terms and conditions of use and your use of PAPAPAPA.dk (and any non-contractual relationships that may arise from or in connection with them) must be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the essential Danish legislation. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts Court to resolve conflicts that may occur through these terms of trade.

Digital Download

Have you purchased digital files from PAPAPAPA or downloaded free files such as: "JPG, PNG and PDF". Applies to both types - paid as unpaid download, that it is illegal to resell or share the images with others. It is also not allowed to change or use the images in other works. In the event of copyright infringement and the illegal use of digital files acquired by PAPAPAPA, it is considered copyright infringement, which is why we will act accordingly.

Competitions

PAPAPAPA regularly holds competitions on facebook and via. our newsletter. The rules of the competition are as follows:

  • The winners are named mine. within 1 week after the competition ended.
  • The full name of the winners will be announced. But only if we are allowed by him.
  • You cannot exchange your prize for money.
  • You cannot exchange your prize for anything else.
  • We write to the winner via email or facebook. Do we get no answer within mine. 30 days the prize passes to the next competition, which will then have, for example, 2 winners.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel. and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information needed to deliver the item to you.

Among other things.

  • E-conomic (Posting of invoice and possibly credit note).
  • Epay / Bambora (Debit Card Redeemer).
  • Pakkelabels.dk (For the creation of package label and track n trace number).

The personal data is registered with PAPAPAPA and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data controller at www.papapapa.dk is PAPAPAPA.

You have the right to be informed what information we process about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have an obligation to delete your personal data if you request it. It can for example. be if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were going to use it. Privacy Policy

The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not reveal customer / user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction.
